Inmate/Warden: Warden. Okabe is a genuinely thoughtful, loving, caring person who'll do anything for the people he loves and the world he lives in. He's spent most of his life catering to the needs and care of one of his best friends and he always has time and a special connection with anyone willing to deal with his weirdness. He's a genuinely brave man who's put himself through unimaginable torture to save his friends and the world at large from a terrifying dystopia in the future. More than that, he's surprisingly empathic and caring even if he is also (unfortunately) awkward and taken by flights of ridiculous fancy to the point of putting people off occasionally. But what he is good at is figuring out how the different pieces of someone's life interact and how actions interact to create situations.

Item: His red cell phone, the information largely appearing in text messages

Abilities/Powers: He is a scientific genius (if extremely EXTREMELY prone to going off and delving into the weirder parts of that field) with a WILL score that is absolutely over 9000. His mind has been through more time jumps and universe shifts than any human should be able to endure tenfold and not only has he survived it, but he remembers it. His gift, which he calls reading Steiner (this means nothing, he made it up, but all the same) is that he can remember any and all alternate timelines and feel the shift of worldlines (shifting between alternate universes) with pretty much pinpoint accuracy. The fact that many of these worldlines include the death of his closest friends before his eyes or the near-destruction of the world into a horrific dystopian nightmare after World War III is just terrible icing on the trauma cake that he's just... dealt with.

Barge Reactions: First off? Boy is a GEEK. So aside from knowing a few of the geeky staples that are pointedly referenced in the series, he's going to be utterly fascinated by this all super excited about being in SPACE and the idea of different worlds that are so far off from his own 'worldline' is both fascinating and terrifying all at once. He's going to want to learn everything he can about time travel and any kind of funky technology he can. He'll be pretty likely to not really show off what he actually can do or make himself due to the consequences he's lived through when people discovered he had an actual proper functional time machine.

Deal: The solidification of what he calls STEINS GATE, the timeline where the world doesn't end, WWIII doesn't start, and none of his friends are dead at the end. || A world where all his friends are alive, they get all of their wishes from the deleted D-Mails, and WWIII doesn't happen.
